Learning About Transport

 بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ

Aku rasa Faheem sangat attracted dengan vehicles. Sebab whenever we're going out, dia excited tengok those moving machines on the road. Especially big vehicles macam bas dan lori. Sampai sanggup toleh ke belakang until those busses or lorries hilang dari pandangan.

Masa early days dia start to pick up those vocabs, be it bus or lorry, both pun dia sebut bus.

Sekarang dah boleh differentiate dah between bus (bash) and lorry (lowi).

Knowing his interest, we bought him a poster about transport.

Obviously, the first thing that he point out is bus and car.
Then bila tanya motor mana? Dia macam fikir panjang. Sebab dalam poster tu ada 2. Motorcycle and scooter. Lastly, he pointed at the scooter since the scooter looks like motor Tok Ayah, Paklong and Pokcik.

He likes motorcycle ride so much. Huhu..

Aku sit down dengan Faheem, pointing to each vehicles and pronounce it one by one.
Firstly aku go through semua kenderaan.
Faheem macam terpinga-pinga.
Too much to digest I think.
Then, aku pick a couple of vehicles only.
Those yang senang nak pronounce or those yang dia pernah tengok macam aeroplane, bicycle and train.
Aku ulang-ulang those selected vehicles a few times.
Bila aku stop pointing and pronounce, nak bagi dia rest, dia tarik tangan aku nak suruh point lagi.
Khusyuk dia dengar dan tengok aku point to those vehicles.
Then aku test dia, asking him which vehicles is which.
Starting with those yang dia familiar.
Mana bus? Mana car? Mana motor vroom vroom? 
Part motor tu bila buat sound effect vroom vroom, dia akan buat tangan macam pegang handle motor, press minyak.
Alololo..Sebab selalu naik motor kan...hehe..
Alhamdulillah, cepat je dia belajar.
He even try to pronounce it walaupun tak berapa nak jelas butir nya. hehe~
Aeroplane/Kapal terbang dengar apal or bang je. =P
Lastly aku tanya, mana clever boy?
Terus dia tepuk tangan.
Sebab aku selalu cakap kat dia "clever boy" sambil clapping my hands whenever he did something brilliant or whenever he listens to my orders.

I hope I can do things like this more often. Spending more quality times with my child(ren).

Sangat seronok tengok perkembangan anak, how he grows up, how he develop new skills.
Selalu buat hati aku tersentuh.
