Bottle Feed

For the first time ever, I bottle fed my baby. Frankly speaking, there's a shed of tears in my eyes. Hati sangat sayu. Macam tak rela tengok faheem isap puting botol tu. Dalam hati keep on saying "Sorry sayang. Ummi mintak ampun. Ummi terpaksa. Faheem jangan marah ummi, jangan merajuk dengan ummi ye sayang. Ummi sayang faheem. Ummi had to do this."

Emosi seorang ibu. Luckily, it is still my milk. For the first time aku gune EBM.

Actually, aku terpaksa introduce botol susu kat faheem since tak lame lagi nak masuk keje dah. Kalau tak biasa guna botol, nanti susah pulak bile aku dah start keje. Kate sister masa antenatal class dulu, jangan bagi EBM guna botol. Use syringe or cup instead sebab takut baby confuse antara cik N dengan puting botol. Tapi, menurut kata my mom, aku mase kecik-kecik dulu, breastfeed for 3 years. Bile mama pergi keje, pengasuh bagi minum dalam botol. Bile balik keje, I still demand for cik N. So, takde problem pasal nipple confusion. Ok. Noted.

Faheem berbotol susu. Mule-mule suction die quite slow. Muke mencemik-cemik. Lidah keep on tolak puting botol. After a few moment, die start suck macam direct BF. Good boy. Owh, right after bottle fed Faheem, aku sambung direct BF. Bottle feed tu aku just bagi 1 oz dulu tengok reaction die camne. Kalau bagi banyak terus and die reject, rugi pulak EBM. Mase direct BF tu, Alhamdulillah die ok. Takde buat muke pelik or reject cik N. 

Misi berjaya walaupun hati tak rela..huhu~
